Christmas Head Start Children Outreach
This Christmas season, we invite our church family to help bless 25 Head Start children with a special gift bag filled with love and joy.
The NOW Committee is asking the congregation to donate items such as:
– Coloring books & crayons
– Interactive books / Little Golden Books
– Large-piece puzzles
– Stuffed animals
– Toys & blocks
– Toothbrushes & toothpaste
We already have socks for every child and beautiful handmade kiddie quilts prepared by our ladies—now we need your help to complete the bags.
If shopping isn't your thing, you can still participate by writing a check and placing it in the offering plate. Simply note "Head Start Kids" in the memo, and the committee will do the shopping for you.
The NOW Committee will meet on December 17 at 10:00 a.m. to assemble the gift bags and deliver them to the Head Start program.
